Payment orchestration
One payment layer above all your MIDs and processors
LumniPay sits between your checkout and your processing partners. Connect several MIDs, decide where every transaction goes, and keep selling when one account slows down.
Every MID in one place
Connect multiple processors and merchant accounts and manage them from a single dashboard inside Tagada.
No single point of failure
If a MID hits its cap, gets paused or starts declining, traffic moves to the next one automatically.
One token, any MID
Cards are tokenised once, so you can retry, rebill or upsell on whichever MID makes sense.
Why a single MID is a risk
High-growth and high-risk brands live and die by their merchant accounts. A single MID means a single set of limits, a single reserve policy and a single point of failure. When it slows down, your revenue slows down with it.
- Monthly volume caps stop sales at the worst moment
- One spike in disputes can put the whole account under review
- A processor outage takes your checkout offline
- Declines you could have recovered are simply lost
How LumniPay orchestrates your volume
Each transaction passes through LumniPay before it reaches a processor. Your rules decide which MID receives it, what happens if it is declined, and how volume is shared across accounts. Your checkout, upsells and subscriptions all use the same engine.
A tokenised vault you control
Card data is stored as a token through PCI-compliant tokenisation provided by our processing partners. Because the token is not tied to one MID, a customer who bought on account A can be rebilled or upsold on account B without re-entering their card.
- Retry a declined charge on a backup MID
- Move subscriptions between MIDs without asking customers to update cards
- Run 1-click upsells on the MID with the best approval for that card
Built for operators, not developers
Routing rules, caps and retry logic are configured from the dashboard. You do not need to write code or maintain separate integrations for each processor. Changes apply to new transactions as soon as you save them.

FAQ
Questions about payment orchestration.
What is payment orchestration?
It is a layer that sits between your checkout and your processors. Instead of sending every payment to one account, the orchestration layer decides where each transaction goes, retries it when it makes sense and spreads volume across MIDs.
Is LumniPay a payment processor or a bank?
No. LumniPay is a technology platform. Processing is provided by licensed partners, and LumniPay orchestrates how your transactions flow between them.
How do I get access to LumniPay?
LumniPay is available exclusively through Tagada, the e-commerce CRM. You get started on Tagada, and the application, review and activation all happen there. LumniPay then runs inside your Tagada account.
How many MIDs can I connect?
As many as your business needs. Most operators start with two or three so they have a backup for cascades and room to balance volume.
Do I need developers to set it up?
No. Routing, retries and caps are configured from the dashboard. Your checkout, upsells and subscriptions use the orchestration engine automatically.
