Recurring billing with trials, dunning and smart rebill retries
Run subscriptions and continuity offers on top of your orchestration. Failed rebills are retried on a schedule and on the right MID, so fewer customers churn for payment reasons.
Flexible plans
Monthly, custom intervals, trials and paid trials.
Smart dunning
Failed rebills are retried on a schedule instead of being cancelled.
Rebill on any MID
Stored tokens can be charged on whichever MID has the best chance of approval.
Billing that fits your offer
Create plans with the interval, price and trial that match your product. Customers can be billed monthly, every few weeks or on a custom cycle, with trials free or paid.
- Free and paid trials
- Custom billing intervals
- Subscriptions started at checkout or from an upsell
Involuntary churn is a payment problem
Many subscribers do not choose to leave. Their card is declined on a rebill and the subscription stops. Treating those failures with a retry strategy keeps revenue that would otherwise disappear.
Dunning and retry schedules
Define when failed rebills are retried, for example after a few days and again later in the cycle. Retries can use a different MID than the original charge. Hard declines stop the schedule to avoid pointless attempts.
- Configurable retry intervals and number of attempts
- Retries routed through your rules, including backup MIDs
- Customer notifications to update payment details
- Hard declines excluded from retries

FAQ
Questions about subscriptions.
Can I move subscribers between MIDs?
Yes. Cards are stored as tokens usable on any connected MID, so rebills can be routed elsewhere without asking customers to re-enter their card.
What happens when a rebill fails?
If the decline is retryable, the subscription enters your dunning schedule and the charge is retried at the intervals you set. Hard declines stop the schedule.
Do you support trials?
Yes. Free trials and paid trials are both supported, with the first rebill on the date you configure.
Can customers be notified before a rebill?
Yes. Clear communication before and after charges helps reduce disputes on recurring billing.
Can I see churn by cause?
Analytics separate cancellations from payment failures, so you can see how much churn is involuntary and how much is recovered.
